As per the information received from the UAE immigration, visa applications WILL BE REJECTED DIRECTLY from the immigration system under any of the below mentioned circumstances
If anyone already holding a valid UAE visa applies again until his/her old visa has expired
If the passport validity is for less than 6 months from the date of submission of visa application
If the applicant has overstayed in UAE on the past visa
Under any of the above circumstances the UAE visa will be straightaway rejected and the VISA FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE too.
